Japanese Beef Carpaccio & Ponzu Dipping Sauce (soy sauce + lemon juice)

I’m going to show you how to make a Japanese beef carpaccio. We enjoy it by dipping the meat slices in a ponzu sauce, made from soy sauce and lemon juice.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people:
1 lb tender beef (fillet) (450g)
2 green onions
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
A pinch of salt
Ground pepper
Ponzu sauce:
3 tbsp light soy sauce
0.07 oz of kombu seaweed
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp lemon juice
