Easy and delicious recipe for Chinese BQQ Pork Spareribs 燒排骨. Cantonese Honey Garlic Pork Spareribs cost less than $12 for a whole rack of Pork Ribs versus over $50 at a Chinese BBQ Meat store.
This is my mom’s recipe for Chinese BBQ Pork Spareribs. Easy to make these tender and delicious spareribs. Step by step instructions.

Recipe is below:

CHINESE BBQ PORK SPARERIBS FULL RACK 燒排骨

4 lbs. pork spareribs full rack
4 to 5 tablespoons Chinese BBQ sauce or Chinese sparerib sauce
3 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
3 tablespoons light soy sauce aka regular soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder or garlic sauce
2 tablespoon honey (or 2 tablespoons maltose sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon boiling water

Mix all the ingredients together , except the honey. Spread mixture on both sides of the full rack of spareribs. Put spareribs on a rack in a baking tray.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Turn down heat top 375 degrees after 15 minutes. Add water to tray, under the rack. Rule of thumb is to bake spareribs for 15 minutes per lb. My 4 lbs. of ribs took about 1 hour to cook but slightly longer is o.k.

Spread honey on spareribs and finish baking the last 10 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Let spareribs cool off for a few minutes. Then cut into individual ribs to serve. Enjoy!
