1 lb fresh noodles
5 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp miso pasta
1 tbsp chili puree (optional)
4 tbsp sake
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger
¼ tsp ground pepper
½ tbsp sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 cups plain soy milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping:
3 spring onions
5 oz bok choy
4 tbsp kimchi
4 tbsp corn
5 oz bean sprouts
A pinch of salt
½ tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp Korean gojugaru chili powder
1 tsp sesame oil
