Korean Stir-Fried Beef on Hot Plate – Tip : Use kiwi in the marinade to tenderize the meat

I’m going to show you how to make a Korean version of stir-fried beef on a hot plate.
The short marinade contains kiwi: its enzymes will tenderize the meat, it will be melting. If you don’t have a hotplate, make the dish anyway, it helps keep it hot and has a spectacular effect on your guests. Bon appétit !

Marinade:
1 lb tenderloin beef
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
½ kiwi
1 tsp Korean gochujang chili paste
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 onions
1 sweet pepper or hot chili
½ lb scapes or chive leaves or spring onions
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp vegetable oil
