I’m going to show you how to make an original Chinese chicken dish. The chicken meat is shredded and mixed with a aromatic sauce.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people:
3 chicken legs
3 slices ginger
1 green onion
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
Side dish:
½ lb glass noodles
Sauce:
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 shallot
A little chive
1 tsp annatto seeds (optional)
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp Gochugaru chili powder or mild chili powder
4 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp light soy sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
