Get excited because we are about to conquer a 10 minute abs workout with weights at home routine that will leave you sore and satisfied in ALL the right places! This workout is structured to make every second count. You’ll perform six core-blasting exercises for 30 seconds each, progressing through three rounds. Each round ups the ante with more advanced variations, ensuring you maximize your muscle engagement and see real results. We will use one medium dumbbell in rounds 2 and 3. The more you practice this routine the stronger you’ll become and prepare to see incredible ab results from consistent hard work ! • Russian Twist
Round Two:
• Good morning with weight
• Plank with weight inbetween thighs
• Crunch with weight
• Reverse curl weight overhead
• Hollow body with weight
• Russian Twist with weight
Round three
• Good morning with weight twist
• Plank pass through
• Sit up
• Reverse curl twist
• Offset Hollow body
• Russian twist to Tuck up
