Meat Rolls Wrapped in Napa Cabbage and Steamed : Healthy Rolls

I’m going to show you how to make some healthy rolls with napa cabbage.
In the garden of my childhood in Laos, my mother used to grow napa cabbages 白菜.
It’s a vegetable we should always have at home. Because it’s easy to use in many dishes.
Here, we use it to wrap a filling, similar to that of Vietnamese crispy spring rolls. And we steam them.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people
10 oz pork shoulder (or chicken / shrimp)
¼ cup dehydrated black fungus
1.7 oz glass noodles
1 carrot
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 spring onion
1 egg
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
24 napa cabbage leaves
a little cilantro
Dipping Sauce:
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp white rice vinegar
1 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce (or ketchup)
