A MEA CULPA RE KNEADING TECHNIQUE
If you’re coming to this description looking for a full, uncut video of the kneading process… I missed up. I thought I remembered recording one back when we made our previous Chenmian video, but apparently that was an Imgur album, not an uncut video.
Really sorry about that. Next time we have this sort of Chenmian in a recipe, we’ll try to record an uncut video for you at that time, similarly hoping to remember to update this here.
