Chinese Crispy Spring Rolls with Chicken Air Fryer or Oven-Baked: Less Greasy

I’m going to show you how to make crispy Chinese spring rolls, known as 春卷 (chūn juǎn). They are very different from Vietnamese spring rolls because they are cooked.
Traditionally, they are deep-fried, but for a lighter option, we can bake them in an air fryer or in the oven. Bon appétit !
👩🍳 Ingredients for about 20 rolls / Serves 4 people:
1 lb chicken thighs
2 oz glass noodles
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
2 tbsp small dried shrimp
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
6 tbsp vegetable oil
20 egg roll wrappers
½ tbsp all purpose flour
Vegetables (adapt to your preference):
5 oz button mushrooms
4 green cabbage leaves
1 lb turnip
1 carrot
1 celery stalk
3 dried shiitake mushrooms
