I’m going to show you how to make one of the star dishes of K food. Fried chicken coated in a sweet, salty and spicy sauce and with roasted peanuts.
👩🍳 Ingredients for 4-6 people:
Marinade:
2 lb chicken wings
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
Sauce:
½ cup rice syrup (or honey)
3 tbsp white rice vinegar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger
6 dried chilis (optional)
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
½ cup roasted shelled peanuts
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
½ cup potato starch
