Ingredients
200g (7oz) spinach leaves
2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
50ml (2fl oz) boiling water
300g (10½oz) chapatti flour, plus extra for dusting
½ teaspoon salt
50ml (2fl oz) cold water
225g (8oz) paneer, grated
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped a handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chaat masala
½2 teaspoon ground cumin
