Prana – A 7 Day Yoga Journey

Let’s kick off 2025 together! Come one, come ALL – I have created a 7-day series that is all about the prana body, the subtle body, your creative power, your energy, and the threads that make us whole and who we are! This Hatha Yoga-based series is designed for all levels to stretch, strengthen, and improve the flow of prana, breath awareness, and body connection. The communal aspect of this week-long series and the guided exercises aim to help bring you closer to your personal mental wellness journey.
While the 30 Day Yoga projects are retired for now, I wanted us to have something to commit to on the mat at the top of the year. This series will stay on the channel all year long and serve you whenever you need accountability, an energetic reset, or simply… a friend.
Yoga has the power to transform every aspect of your life. Especially when done regularly and with consistency. I hope this therapeutic yoga series supports you as you step into the new year and your own new unique season.
